Best Birthday Ever

I’ve always wanted a Shiba Inu and spent years learning all I could about this fantastic fox-like breed. When we moved into our first house I couldn’t bring my senior dog because the changes were too much for him, so he stayed behind to live in his comfortable home with my grandma and his cat friend and fenced yard and normal sleep schedule that he’s used to. The new house felt so cold and empty without my dog.

After many discussions with my grandma over what was best for my senior dog, we finally decided that I would get a puppy and train it to be used to this schedule and being outside on a cable instead of a fence. So I watched the pet store for months to see if they’d get the coloration of shiba that I wanted. We finally came and got Larry on July 22, the day before my 28th birthday. He’s the best little puppy and he settled into the night shift life effortlessly. Thank you pet store, for helping make my new house a home!
